We want you to be completely satisfied with your Anova precision cooking equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 100 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your Anova device in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
